Delta Dental*:

  • $25 Single & $75 Family Deductible

Long Term Disability Coverage*:

  • 60% of annual earnings - $5000 per month maximum benefit

Term Life*:

  • 1 x salary - $50,000 maximum

401K Retirement Plan*:

PDO (Paid Days Off)*:

  • 7.08 hours off per 2 weeks

Education Opportunities*:

  • 90% tuition reimbursement for successful completion of approved courses - $750 annual maximum

  • $.485 per mile for approved Sundial related business travel
